Corporate Social Media Case Study: AccuQuote

AccuQuote founder and CEO Byron Udell is using YouTube and AccuQuote’s blog to answer insurance and annuity questions submitted by readers. In the first few clips, Byron has answered questions such as how companies can guarantee high dividends in the current economy, and what happens to your policy if AIG goes bankrupt. The videos have an authentic, personal feel to them, with Byron sitting casually as he reads the questions and then offers an unscripted response.
