Be a good blogger and include a blogroll

Corporate Social Media Case Studies:
Bigelow Tea and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation

Having a blogroll is practically de rigeur on for individual blogs, but there a few corporate blogs that have overlooked them.  Bigelow Tea has a blogroll prominently located on its corporate blog, and uses it to position itself as part of a larger community of food, health, wellness, and lifestyle-oriented bloggers.

Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, a Blog Council member, takes it a step further.  Not only did the organization post multiple blogrolls on relevant topics such as philanthropy, social entrepreneurship, and innovation, but the blog team invited readers and participants to suggest new blogs for inclusion.

This is a great example of why all business blogs should link out, particularly when it’s used strategically :-) Nice.
