Best Buy CMO Barry Judge “gets it.”

Not only does Barry use his blog to talk candidly about all aspects of Best Buy’s business, but he also maintains a very active comment thread on each post.  By calling his blog “Updates from the CMO of Best Buy”, he also follows appropriate disclosure best practices (see checklist 2 on the Blog Council Disclosure Best Practices Toolkit).

Barry’s closing thoughts on a recent post epitomizes openness and transparency: “There are obviously different points of view on this. I am interested in hearing feedback and on mine and differing thoughts.”
