Ford uses video to explain complex technology

Ford recently used a simple animated video to explain “in plain English” a complex technology. The video demonstrates how Microsoft’s Sync technology operates phone and mp3 devices in car via voice command. Posted to YouTube, the clip had more than 2000 views in three days, and generated comments and participation from company executives like Ford’s Scotty Monty.
