Corporate Social Media Case Study: Taco Bell
Taco Bell is using Twitter to promote their “Taco Bell Truck” (TBT), an enormous vehicle filled with free tacos for the public. With nearly 6,500 followers, Taco Bell lovers are getting their fill with anything from a free taco to eating contests.
The truck has already driven through hubs like Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and New York City, and recently parked outside the Fillmore in NY for the Cobra Starship concert. It has made pit stops at the pre-VMA’s, MTV and George Washington University as well. You can follow daily updates via Twitter and send emails to the TBT to request it stop in your neighborhood.
