White Castle features user-generated content on homepage

Regional burger chain White Castle now features user-generated content prominently on their website. With an interactive sliding scrollbar on their homepage, visitors can browse streaming content from YouTube and Flickr.

The content is part of an overall redesign of the company’s website, re-launched in December of 2009. In a press release, White Castle VP of Marketing, Kim Bartley, explained the new website is an extension of their appreciation for their loyal fans and is designed to convey their brand’s story through the voice of their customers.
