Public call: How Dell is blending community and e-commerce; August 6, 11 AM (EST)

Lionel Menchaca, who serves as the Digital Media Manager at Dell, will lead a public conference call, “Dell: Blending Community and E-Commerce.”

Companies often spend time and resources building blogs and community sites that are independent of their main corporate website, while most customers don’t know they exist. Dell’s working on changing that. Dell’s chief blogger, Lionel Menchaca, will cover some of the challenges involved and discuss how Dell is starting to deal with them.
