SAP on how to establish community guidelines (Member call); August 4, 2 PM (EST)

SAP’s Mark Yolton (SVP, SAP Community Network) and Scott Lawley (Product Manager) will lead a private member call on how to establish community guidelines.

Few know the challenges of running an online community better than SAP Community Network, with nearly two million members in more than 200 countries. A few weeks ago, SAP implemented a new mandatory Terms of Use and Privacy Statement for its communities, a process that took 18 months to develop. Time well spent, as the transition went off without a hitch. SAP’s Mark Yolton (SVP, SAP Community Network) and Scott Lawley (Product Manager) share insights on how it transpired, from defining the issues, to working with legal and other departments, to the approach to community members.
