Corporate Social Media Case Study: PurinaCare

Opening and encouraging comments on your corporate blog is a straightforward way to connect directly with customers.  On the PurinaCare Pet Health Insurance blog, the team recently posted a note about how to leave comments.  This may sound old hat to experienced bloggers, but it’s helpful to remember that there are always new people around still learning the ropes of how blogs work.  By not presuming that everyone is experienced, PurinaCare has rolled out the red carpet and made it easy for readers to participate.
