Come to BlogWell on January 22 in Chicago where you’ll hear social media case studies from Allstate, H&R Block, The Home Depot, Mayo Clinic, Procter & Gamble, Walmart, Sharpie and the U.S. Coast Guard – all for $200.
BlogWell is the only conference where social media executives from large companies come together to share their case studies, offer practical how-to advice and answer your questions.
Here’s the video, slides and audio of Hilary Weber’s BlogWell San Jose case study presentation, “Making Your Corporate Blog Work for Your Brand, Not Against It,” where Hilary discusses how Kaiser Permanente uses social media to build their brand:

I’m about to start a contract to set the social media strategy at an insurance company and found this really interesting. I am trying to find what internal numbers I can use to inform the strategy. Any ideas?
